What Type of Payments are Accepted?All items quoted are priced "pre-paid". We accept all major credit cards, company check, cashier checks, money orders or wire transfers. Sorry, we do not accept C.O.D. orders. Payment arrangements are made over the phone, to confirm correct orders and verify shipping address. State agencies may use a purchase order number for new Safco items, but will not qualify for the free freight program.
Sales Tax InformationWe do not charge sales tax for out of state orders. Sales tax will be added to orders from California.
How Long Does It Take to Ship?In most cases used items and stools can be shipped out the same or next day. New Safco items ship from the factory in about 48 hours after receipt of order. Receipt time depends on your address. This is only an estimate, we can not guarantee shipping dates. Please contact us for more information.
What is the Delivery Policy?Unless stated, the prices shown do not include shipping and handling. Customer is responsible for this extra charge. Shipping costs are determined by your address and the most cost effective method. Some of the items are shipped from our store in CA. and others may come out of a factory warehouse or distribution center. Basic freight is considered dock to dock. There are additional charges for a shipment to a residence. Additional charges are also incurred if the delivery requires a lift gate, or inside delivery. Please contact us for more information and to get a shipping quote on products you wish to order from our web site.
What is the Return Policy?All used items are sold "as is" and there is no returns unless the item was damaged in transit. In that case, immediately make a claim with the shipping company, and arrangements will be made to either replace the item, or refund your money. New items have a 20% restocking fee if items are returned undamaged. Customer must pay for return shipping. If the wrong item was ordered, customer pays for return shipping, and will get credit towards the correct item. Additional shipping costs may incur.
What is the Warranty Policy?Each manufacturer has it's own warranty policy. Unless stated, there is no warranty on used items purchased. New items have warranties from 5 years to lifetime depending on the company. For specific warranties please call us at 800-762-7717.
