Just wanted to take a minute to thank you for the excellent service I have recently received from Hopper's when purchasing a used drafting table.

My first phone call was promptly returned by someone who helped me understand all my options, including product configuration, shipping, and general use. This person also helped me understand how to minimize the shipping costs associated with the product. The person was knowledgeable, but not focused on the sale to the exclusion of my interests.

Once I made the purchase decision, I was contacted (again, promptly) by the shipping manager. He called again once the product shipped to let me know it was on the way. The shipping company called me prior to coming to my home, ensuring that I did not incur additional no show shipping charges.

When the product arrived, it was exactly as promised. Everything was neatly and securely packaged. I had it re-assembled in under 10 minutes.

It's sometimes un-nerving purchasing things site unseen over the internet. Hopper's certainly met the same gold standard I would expect from a vendor with whom I deal with in person.

I was very impressed by the reasonable price for the table I purchased. I was expecting a much less quality, dinged-up table. When I unpacked it, I was startled to see that it was a nicer table than I ever had at graduate school! The shipping was quick and whoever does your packaging should be commended.
